8oz Cream Cheese
¼ to ½ Lb. Blue Cheese
¼ C Grated Cheddar
½ C Chopped Pecans
1 Minced Onion
1 Tbs Worcestershire
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
* Let cheese stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours

* Cream all the cheese

* Add onion & Worcestershire

* Chill 3 hours

* Roll into ball and roll in parsley

* Serve with crackers or toast points of your choice
