1 cup soft butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¾ cups flour
¾ cup coarsely crushed potato chips
¾ cup coarsely crushed pretzels
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup vanilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Combine butter and sugar. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Gradually add the flour and mix well. Stir in the chips and pretzels.

Shape level tablespoons of dough into 3 inch logs. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets 1 ½ inches apart. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool on the sheets.

Heat chocolate in microwave until melted. Dip one end of cookies in chocolate and place onto wax paper to set.

Heat white chocolate chips until melted and dip the other end of each cookie into this and place onto wax paper to set.
