2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. butter
1 1/3 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 C. sour milk (add vinegar to the milk to sour it)
1 C. of very ripe banana's mashed
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar and the butter, add eggs, and mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients and milk and mix, add the banana, and the vanilla and blend. Pour into a greased and floured 10x13 cake pan and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.






Frosting: Powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla combined and stirred. Pour over cooled cake.

This cake was very popular, and probably the second most requested cake from nanny. The Phoenix Family especially loved this cake, and demanded it everytime nanny would stay with them!
