1 1/2 C. Sugar
1 3/4 C. Flour
1/3 C. Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt


2 Eggs
1/2 C. Butter
1 C. of milk
1 tsp. vanilla


Fudge Frosting:
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1 1/2 Tblsp. Cocoa
1 1/2 Tblsp. Butter
1/3 C. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Bake at 350º about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.






Cooked fudge frosting: Combine all the ingredients in a pan on the stove, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 1/2 minutes. Submerge the pan partially in cold water to cool, pour over the cake.

No Birthday dinner was complete without Nanny's chocolate cake. I can't even begin to count the number of times she made this cake for everyone! Many will remember the plastic motorcycles she would decorate the cake with!!! Probably one of the most requested recipe's!
