8oz Cream Cheese
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg
⅛ tsp. Salt
1 Cup (or 6 oz.) Mini Chocolate Chips

2¼ cup Flour
1½ cup Water
⅓ cup + 3 Tbls. Oil
1½ Tbls. Apple Cider Vinegar
1½ Tbls. Vanilla
¼ cup + 2 Tbls. Cocoa
1½ tsp. Baking Soda
1½ cup Sugar
¾ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and line muffin tins with paper cups.

Mix first four ingredients until light and fluffy, then stir in chocolate chips and set aside.

Mix together the rest of the ingredients to make the batter. Fill cupcake tins ⅔ with batter, and add a heaping tsp. of cream cheese mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Top with sliced almonds and sprinkle with sugar.
