2 cups potatoes, diced
4 T. butter
6 Leeks, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper
dash nutmeg
1 1/2 cup sour cream or cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes
Sauté leeks in butter
Add chicken broth
Add other spices
Put in blender
When ready to serve, mix in cream
