1 box frozen Spinach
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated finely
½ c. Mayonnaise
½ pkg. Knorr veggie mix, Food Lion soup aisle
1 - 8oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 small jar of artichoke hearts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach and artichoke well. Chop them well. Fold veggie mix, mayo, and cream cheese together. Then mix with the spinach and artichoke and put in a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
