12 oz fresh cranberries, rinsed
1 granny smith apple, diced
juice + zest from 1 orange
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt

Place the cranberries, apple, orange juice, and orange zest in the Instant Pot. Close lid and press "Manual" and set for 1 minute. Let the Instant Pot naturally release pressure for 7 minutes, then use the quick release valve.

Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot. Add the sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt to the pot. Stir to combine and use a spatula to break the fruit into pieces. Cook for two minutes, then remove from heat.
