1 ½ C. Flour
½ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Baking Soda
½ Tsp. Baking Powder
¾ C. Sugar
½ C. Soft Butter
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2-3 TBSP. Milk

Icing:
½ Tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Powder Sugar
1 Egg White

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour, Salt, Soda, Baking Powder, and Sugar. Cut in ½ C. of Butter. Blend in Egg, Vanilla and Milk. Adding the right amount of milk to make a dough. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes. Roll out and cut cookies. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and Bake at 375º for 8 minutes.
