2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, divided
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop 1 package chocolate squares. Set aside. Microwave remaining chocolate on HIGH for two minutes, stirring after one minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Stir in nuts and chopped chocolate. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 13 minutes until cookies are puffed and shiny. Cool 1 minute and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
