½ c. butter
½ c. heavy whipping cream
¾ c. grated Parmesan
½ tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Heat butter, whipping cream until bubbles, turn to low 6 minutes until thickened. Stir in cheese, add salt & pepper. Note: I like to add crab meat or chicken. Put over fettuccine.
