1 lb. beef
3 c. beef broth
4 - 5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 T. dried parsley
1 T. dried basil
½ c. chopped onions
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. V-8 juice
2 c. uncooked shell pasta
¼ tsp. salf
¼ tsp. pepper
1 c. water
shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:
First mix tomatoes & tomato paste in crockpot. Next add beef broth, beef, garlic, parsley, basil, onion, V-8, salt & pepper. Cook on low 7 - 8 hours & high 4 - 5 hours. Last 30 minutes add 1 c. water & cooked pasta. Put lid on & cook 30 minutes.
