4 to 6 Mirlitons
1 lb. shrimp
1 lg. onion, minced
1 lg. bell pepper, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and parboil mirlitons, then peel, dice and steam until tender.
Peel and devein shrimp; saute shrimp in oil with onion and bell peppers for 20 minutes. Add to steamed mirlitons; add parsley and seaason to taste.
Place in casserole and sprinkle top with Italian bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
