1 1/2 lb ground beef

3/4 cups oats

2 eggs beaten

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 to 2 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 cup tomato juice or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees to 400 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

(Can top with one can cream of mushroom soup before cooking. After add 1 can cream mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk to drippings for gravy.
