1 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 c. Sugar
½ c. Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
½ tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Salt
½ c. Butter or Margarine
⅓ c. Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1 c. Regular Oats (Uncooked)
1  (12 oz) Package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
½ c. Sifted Powdered Sugar
¼ c. Crunchy Peanut Butter
2-4 tbsp. Milk

Directions:

Combine first nine ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well. Press dough into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Let stand for 5 minutes or until the chocolate morsels melt; spread over the surface. Combine powdered sugar, ¼ cup peanut butter and milk in a small mixing bowl; beat well. Drizzle mixture over bars. Cut into 2x1 inch bars.
