Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb Regular Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 10oz package Classic Cole Slaw Mix
3 Cloves of garlic (I use 1 ½ tsp of jarred minced garlic, but I have also used ½ tsp garlic powder as well)
1 tbsp minced ginger (I use 1/8 tsp of ground ginger)
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (more to taste)
2 green onions (more to taste)
1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook, stirring often to crumble, until cooked
through. No need to drain, but you can if you’re weirded out by the grease. Sometimes I do. Add the
coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to the sausage. Cook until the cabbage has cooked to your
liking. Once done, add the green onions and sesame oil. Stir, and remove from heat. I serve it over rice
and eat until I burst.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I seriously love this stuff, and we eat it all the time. If you don’t have sesame oil, that’s okay, but I
10000000% recommend buying it. I put it in all of my Asian cooking, and it transforms even mediocre,
slap-dash fried rice.
