2 cans chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 med. red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1-2 hot green peppers, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
juice of half squeezed lemon
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. This salad is spicy. You could reduce or leave out the hot peppers.
