Ingredients:  
1 large clove of garlic
1 can chick peas (aka garbanzo beans)
3 heaping tablespoons tahini
Lemon juice (to taste)
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor blend the garlic until they are very small pieces. Drain the chick peas but reserve the juice. Add the drained chick peas to the food processor and blend. Then add 3 heaping tablespoons tahini and 2 spoonfuls of reserved chick peas juice and blend. Add lemon juice and pinch of salt and blend. Keep adding lemon juice little at a time and blending until you like the taste. After that add chick peas juice a couple spoonfuls at a time until it's a creamy consistency. Enjoy!
