2 (14oz) cans diced tomatoes (no salt)
¼ c yellow onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (14 oz) can vegetable broth
1 c plain Greek yogurt
1 c grated cheddar cheese
½ tsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp sugar
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook olive oil and onions until tender. Add garlic and cook. Add tomatoes with juice and vegetable broth. Stir in basil, oregano, sugar, and se stick blender to blend to desired consistency. Add yogurt and cheese, Heat through.
