1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb hamburger
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 can sliced black olives, drained
1/4 tsp allspice
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound egg noodles, boiled and set aside
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Chop onion and garlic and saute in a small amount of olive oil. Add hamburger and cook until completely done. Mix together with remaining ingredients, top with cheese, and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
