Frozen Chicken strips cooked according to instructions or Homemade chicken strips shown here:

3-4 boneless Skinless chicken breasts cut in strips
enough buttermilk (regular milk with vinegar) to cover the strips in a bowl
3 cups flour
Chicken seasoning
Garlic
Salt Pepper

Sauce:
1/3 cup Frank’s Original Hot Sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour and seasoning in a bowl, add about a 1/4 cup of buttermilk to it and toss until you have a crumbly mixture. It a deep skillet heat vegetable oil deep enough for frying, to 375 degrees or until it's hot but not smoking. If It's smoking it's too hot. Bread the chicken strips in the flour seasoning mixture and fry until the chicken is cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
For the sauce:
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, brown sugar and water. Stir and cook until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and let stand a couple minutes to slightly thicken.

Cover your strips in the sauce and serve with ranch dressing and celery.
