1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
Cooked pie crust
2 small pkgs. Instant chocolate pudding mix
Nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add flour, stir together. Press into 13 x 9 pan Bake 350º for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar. Mix well. Spread onto cooled crust. Add pudding mix, and milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip then add chopped nuts.
