1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 can favorite pie filling
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon


1 c. powdered sugar
1/8 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix the oil, 1 c. sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt and flour. Pour half of this batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Spread pie filling over, then rest of the batter. Combine 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Frosting: Mix together powdered sugar, water and vanilla. Drizzle across the top of coffeecake.
