¼ c softened butter
¾ c brown sugar
1 egg
3 or 4 overripe bananas
1 ½ c flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar well. Add egg next. Blend bananas into mixture. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 minutes.
