Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Cups Frozen Cranberries
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot bring sugar, water and berries to a boil, stir constantly. Cook until berries "pop" their skin. Tutu says "you have to see the pink bubbles - lots of them".

Pour into the strainer (chinois strainer) and push mixture through into a bowl, pour into molds to set up.
This can be doubled. Very important the berries must be frozen and you have to make sure that you boil the sauce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Tutu used to make this every year for Thanksgiving. Many years I remember helping her with this and then Danielle and Brennan would stir and 'mush'.
