8 to 10 medium potatoes
5 green onions chopped
2 stalks of celery
5 hard boiled eggs
1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skin on, cool with cold water for easier peel
Bring eggs to boil for 3 minutes, remove from heat, place lid on the pot and let sit for an hour or so... I usually do the eggs ahead if time...cool by placing in iced water...for easy peel
chop celery and onion finely
mix Miracle Whip, pickle juice, sugar and salt together
combine all in bowl large enough for easy mixing
reserve one egg for decoration
garnish with parsley and paprika

The Miracle Whip Salad Dressing quantity can be reduced or increased according to taste, the other ingredients will stay the same quantity wise
