2 cans garbanzo beans (drained, reserve liquid)
¼ C. Tahini (use more or less to taste)
3 cloves garlic
¼ C. olive oil
1 lemon (juice, minus seeds)
½ tsp. salt (to taste)
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients in a food processor. Add olive oil, if still appears thick, add some liquid reserved from garbanzo beans. This lessens the amount of oil you need to use. Add lemon juice, a tablespoon at a time and taste. Add more to your desired taste. Salt to taste. When transferred to serving bowl, In drizzle with olive oil and sprinkling of paprika.

Serve with toasted pita wedges or vegetables

The amounts of each ingredient can be varied for your desired taste preference
