Ingredients:

3 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion diced
salt & pepper
Ketchup
1 c. oatmeal = 3lbs hamburger
2 eggs = 3lbs

Top with:
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. cloves or allspice
1 tsp. lemon juice
Makes enough for 2 loaves of meatloaf.

Preheat oven 350º

Mix together:
hamburger, onions, salt & pepper, oatmeal, 2 eggs, ketchup and put in a loaf pan.

Mix together:
Ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, cloves, lemon juice

This sauce makes enough for 2 meatloafs.

Place over meatloaf in loaf pan and bake.

Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours
