Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 Avocados
1 Lime
3 peeled cloves of garlic
½ medium red onion
1 bunch of cilantro (as desired)
1 jalapeno or habanero
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Roast garlic cloves, onion and pepper in oven at 400* for 15 minutes. Slice avocados in half, remove pit, and place halves in a large bowl. Add in the juice of one lime. Chop cilantro and add to bowl as desired (I use about an ⅛ of a cup). Once onion, garlic and pepper are finished let cool about 15 min so they are still warm but can be handled. Chop onion, garlic and pepper and add to bowl. Mash all ingredients together with a fork and combine to desired texture. Add salt to taste. Pair with chips or veggies and a margarita and ENJOY!
