3-4 Potatoes cubed, cooked and drained
1 bag frozen Broccoli
⅓ C Milk
¼ C Sour Cream
1 C Cheddar Cheese
1 Small Onion (green onion or yellow) chopped
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Pepper to taste
Cut up pieces of Ham

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
1. In a bowl mix milk, ½ of the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream and onion together
2. Add potatoes, ham broccoli. Stir well until coated.
3. Put in a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
4. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes.
5. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown. Serve right away.
