10 oz. Bread
21 oz. Red Tomato (chopped)
2 Cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Onions (chopped)
1 Cucumber (chopped)
7 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Vinegar
1-1/2 TBS Water
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Moisten bread with water and mash together with chopped garlic.

2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped onion, tomato, oil, vinegar, and the bread/garlic mixture.

3. Blend mixture in a blender until combined and strain.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
