1 tbsp. bottled minced ginger
1 tbsp. bottled minced garlic
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1½ tsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 lb. beef (I use top sirloin), sliced into ¼ - ½ inches pieces
8 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces (white and light green parts only)
4 c. bagged baby spinach leaves
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat a wok or skillet over high heat.
Add sesame oil to pan and swirl to coat.
Add beef to pan and cook for 3 minutes or until browned. Remove beef from pan.
Add onions, cook for 1 minute.
Add soy sauce mixture and cook for 1 minute.
Return beef to pan and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in spinach and cook for 30 seconds – spinach will wilt down.
Top with sesame seeds.
Serve with rice.
