"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Cut strip of bone in flanken in 2.

Place flanken on a piece of silver paper.

Sprinkle onion soup mix on any 2 sides of the flanken.

Roll it in the silver paper and lift both ends up. This will prevent juices from spilling out. Put several pieces of flanken in a pan.

Bake in 350 oven until done, usually 2+ hours depending on how well done you like it and size of meat.

So easy and a crowd pleaser. Enjoy!
