2 ¼ stick of butter
1 ⅓ c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour sifted
1 t. baking powder
⅔ c. milk
1 t. each Rum and Brandy extract

For dark part of cake
3 T. cocoa
3 T. sugar
2 T. milk
Use ⅓ part of batter for dark part

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter until creamy. Slowly add sugar, eggs, and flavoring. Beat together for 2 minutes. Sift flour and baking powder. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to creamy mixture. Put ⅓ batter in greased bunds pan, reserve ⅓ for top. Mix cocoa, sugar and mix with the remaining ⅓ batter. Put on top of batter then add remaining batter on top and bake at 350º for about an hour or done when tested.
