1 bag of frozen collards
3 thin slices of country ham
½ c. vegetable oil
1 - 20 count package of egg roll wrappers
Cooking oil
1 bottle of Frank's Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Dice ham into small pieces and cook with collards and oil until tender. Drain liquid from collards. Heat cooking oil to 375º. Put one tablespoon of collards in center of egg roll wrapper, fold up bottom then, fold sides. Wet top corner and roll up wrapper and seal. Fry until golden brown. Cut in half and dip into Frank's Sauce.
