1 lb. canned salmon
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 cup scalded milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup celery
2 beaten egg yolks
2 beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well. Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into mixture. Steam bake 60 minutes. Unmold on serving plate and serve. Makes 8 servings
