2 teaspoons soy sauce
A squirt yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon sesame teriyaki sauce
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 frozen basil cubes

Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl, place cutlets and marinade in a ziploc overnight or for a few hours.
