2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 cup unsalted butter, at room tempurture
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs room tempurture
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup white sugar and two tsp cinnamon. Set aside.
Grease the bundt pan well with baking spray and dust with 1/3 the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Beat the butter on medium heat for one minute. Add the white sugar and mix for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Scrape down the bowl then add brown sugar.Mix for 2 minutes. Then add eggs and beat for 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Add sour cream.
Add flour mixture beat well.
Spread half the batter over prepared pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cinnamon and sugar mixture on batter. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle the last of the cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes then invert .
