1 unbaked pie shell
⅓ cup butter

1 cup sugar
¼ cup flour

Directions:
Topping
- Mix butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add ¾ cup flour and mix with beater until you can sprinkle it. Add flour until its not wet and will sprinkle.

Filling
- Mix sliced peaches with lemon juice.
- Mix 1 cup sugar, ¼ cup flour, salt and cinnamon. Add to peaches and stir. It will get quite juicy so I usually leave some of the juice over.

Put filling into 1 unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with topping.

Cover edges of pie shell with strips of foil to prevent burning.

Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes on lowest rack. Cover loosely with foil after top browns, usually after 10 minutes. Reduce to 350°F for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and bottom crust is brown.
