1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water
½ cup boiling water
3 egg whites
6 tbsp sugar
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend corn starch and cold water. Add boiling water and cook in small saucepan on med heat until clear and thickened.

Pour into small bowl and cool completely.

Beat 3 egg whites til foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff.

Put on low heat and add salt and vanilla. Gradually add cornstarch mixture and beat on low until blended. Then beat on high until well blended.

Put on lemon meringue pie.

Bake at 350°F. Check after 10 minutes. Bake until nicely browned.
