2 lbs ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
2 pkgs enchilada seasoning mix
Large tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain.

Mix enchilada mix and tomato sauce. Add 3/4 of the sauce to the ground beef mixture.

Fill tortillas with 1/4 cup meat mixture, roll and place in a 9x13 baking dish/pan. Top with remaining enchilada sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake 20 minutes.

Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, quacamole, chopped onions, salsa, or other favorite toppings.
