1 Lb Hamburger
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 cup Instant Rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano and garlic powder to taste
4 green bell peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Brown hamburger, drain. Add tomato sauce, rice and seasonings (you may need to add a little water). Cover skillet and cook for about 15 minutes.

Wash green peppers, cut off tops and clean out the seeds and pulp. Parboil for about 10 minutes, then stuff with meat mixture.

Place stuffed peppers in baking dish with any remaining meat mixture. Bake for 1/2 hour.

Great served with toasted garlic bread.
