3 beaten eggs
8 oz. cream cheese soften
3 tbls. apple cider vinegar
3 tbls. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
chopped onion, olives, red or green pepper

Chicken in a Biscuit Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Use a double boiler. You do not want to over cook the eggs.
Beat eggs and pour into the double boiler. When the water starts to boil add the slightly beaten eggs. Add the cream cheese. Constantly stir cream cheese and eggs until mixture is soft, thick and the eggs are cooked. Cool and store in refrigerator.

This interesting German recipe was given to me to by a nurse named Charlotte Edwards in 1987 when I worked on IV Team at Williamsport Hospital. Our family loves to have this on Christmas Eve! Eaten with Chicken in a Biscuit crackers. I have always used a wooden bowl for my Lu Lu Paste.
