1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp coarse salt
6 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In an 8-inch square baking pan, whisk together flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Make a well in the center of flour mixture and add vegetable oil, pure vanilla extract, white vinegar and cold water.
4. Whisk until well combined.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Let cool completely on a wire wrack
