10 eggs, beaten
1 ¾ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla

Beat well, add 1 pint whipping cream, 2 pints half and half. Mix by hand. Pour into ice cream maker and fill the container with whole milk and start freezer. When ice creams firms up, ready to eat.

Mom and Dad made this on many, many occasions and was always a family favorite.

BEWARE: Eat slowly or you are sure to get brain freeze. LOL. Good with chocolate syrup topping and nuts. Both Mom and Dad enjoyed ice cream of any flavor.
