6 potatoes diced and boiled
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 No. 2 can of green beans
1 No. 2 can creamed corn
2 cups cheese white sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan inch glass pan. Add diced potatoes over top of hamburger. Place can of green beans next, then a layer of cream corn.

Make a white sauce: 1/2 cup butter melted, 1-2 tablespoons flour. Add couple cups of milk and whisk. At cheese to taste. Pour over top of casserole. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

This is in the Hospice Cookbook in Memory of Dad (Vernon). This was one of Dad's all-time favorites that mom would make for him. This is a MUST make recipe and when you do think of Grandpa Gordon.
