1.5 lb ground beef
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
chopped green pepper, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
4 medium potatoes sliced thin
1 large onion sliced thin
4 carrots cut in to strips
4 slice bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine beef, cracker crumbs, egg, lemon juice, cheese, green pepper and seasonings.
Mix well, shape in to 4 patties.

Place each patty onto two layers of heavy duty tin foil. On each patty place potato slices, onion slices and carrots. Slice bacon in half and place both slices on top. Seal the tin foil tightly and cook on grill or preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Put on bun and all the fixings are so good.
