1 small diced onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1.5 quarts white vinegar
2 cups water
½ cup sugar
2 chopped jalapeno (optional)
1 teaspoon terragon
2 teaspoon thyme
3 teaspoon minced onion
½ cup pickling spice
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

Dozen eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil about 2 minutes then pour over eggs. Cool then cover. Let stand for 5 days, stirring occasionally. After 5 days can eat.
