1 slice white bread – crumbled
1 medium eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup plain, unflavored yogurt
4 packs artificial sweeteners
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 350°. Blend all ingredients by hand mixer. Pour batter into cupcake tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
