2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup butter, room temperature
1 ½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 Tablespoons sour cream or plain yogurt
3 very ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.

Mix wet ingredients together and add dry mixture.

Spray loaf pans. I use 2 very small pans and 2 medium size pans, making 4 little loaves.

Preheat oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
